What is best effort support?
Best effort support means that we have no direct ties to the unique platform in which you are using to build your site but we will gladly field any question that you have about building or maintaining your website and will 1- answer it fully, or 2- direct you to where you can find the answer yourself. Extended support and website maintenance services are available at an additional hourly fee.
How can I get my script pre-approved for install on an Advanced Plan?
If you know the software or scripts you plan to use, contact us before placing your order to discuss. If you aren’t sure what you need to make your site function like you want, we can help you to formulate a plan beforehand.
What all do I need before I sign up for a new hosting account?
A dream and a plan- and maybe a few bucks! You can use a domain for your new site with us that you have registered elsewhere by updating the nameservers on that domain to point back to our servers or you can register a new one during the checkout process. Not sure about nameserver updating? We offer this as an addon service that you will be able to select during the checkout process.
