I create interactive lead tools, email automatons, and WordPress-supported client journey systems for service-based businesses that want to help interested visitors take the right next step.
I’ve been building and supporting websites since 2007, and over the years I’ve seen the same thing again and again: a website can explain what a business does and still leave potential clients unsure where to begin.
That’s where Wild Root Web is focused now – creating guided digital experiences that help visitors understand their options, receive a relevant recommendation, and move forward with more confidence.

Hi, I’m Jenni.
I started working online through my own small business and quickly realized that the website side – the structure, design, updates, systems, and problem-solving – was the part I enjoyed most.
Over time, that grew into helping other small businesses build, manage, and rely on their websites without having to handle every technical detail themselves.
Today, Wild Root Web combines that long history of WordPress support with a more strategic focus: interactive lead tools, guided website experiences, landing pages, and follow-up systems that help turn existing interest into clearer action.
The website still matters. The support still matters. But now, the goal is not just to have a site that exists online. It is to create a clearer path for the people who are already paying attention.
Wild Root Web is based in Texas and has supported clients around the world for nearly two decades.
Why I shifted toward interactive lead tools
For years, I’ve helped clients with websites, updates, hosting, troubleshooting, design, and ongoing support. But many small business websites run into a deeper problem than plugins, page layouts, or outdated content.
Visitors arrive, browse, read a little, and still do not know which service fits, whether they are ready, what question to ask, what happens after they reach out, or whether booking a call is the right first step.
An interactive lead tool gives those visitors a more helpful path.
Instead of leaving them to figure everything out on their own, the tool asks thoughtful questions, responds to their answers, and recommends a next step that makes sense.
That is the work I am most excited to help businesses build.
