These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Wild Root Web (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Bizzy Mama Hosting is a former business name under which some legacy accounts or documentation may still exist. All current services are provided under Wild Root Web.
By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services
Wild Root Web provides website-related services, including but not limited to:
- WordPress website design and development
- Website updates, support, and management
- Hosting and related technical services
Specific details, scope, and pricing are defined at the time of purchase or agreement.
Website Design & Project Work
Website design and development services are provided as project-based services.
Project scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins. Any work outside of the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Unless otherwise stated, projects do not include ongoing maintenance or support after completion. Continued support is available through separate service plans.
Final website ownership is transferred to the client upon full payment, excluding third-party tools, themes, or plugins, which remain subject to their respective licenses.
Hosting & Ongoing Services
Hosting and website management services are provided based on the selected plan.
While we aim to provide reliable and consistent service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.
Support is provided via email or ticket to ensure clear communication and proper tracking.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and required materials
- Reviewing and approving work in a timely manner
- Maintaining backups of their website content (unless otherwise specified in their service plan)
- Ensuring that their website content complies with all applicable laws
Acceptable Use
Services may only be used for lawful purposes.
The following are not permitted:
- Illegal or unlawful content
- Hate speech, harassment, or harmful content
- Explicit adult or pornographic material
- Malware, viruses, or abusive use of systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.
Payments & Billing
All services must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.
For recurring services:
- Payments are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on plan)
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
Project work:
- Payment terms will be outlined prior to starting
- Work may be paused or delayed if payments are not received
Cancellations & Refunds
Clients are responsible for canceling recurring services prior to their next billing date.
Due to the nature of digital services:
- Hosting and service fees are generally non-refundable once billed
- Project-based services are non-refundable once work has begun

Data & Backups
While backups may be performed as part of certain services, we do not guarantee that backups will always be available, complete, or restorable.
Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups of important data.
Limitation of Liability
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Wild Root Web is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of revenue or business
- Website downtime or technical issues
- Third-party service failures
Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, or services.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
