Do I need to know WordPress to use your services?

No – you don’t need to know WordPress to use my services.

Most clients work with me specifically because they don’t want to manage WordPress themselves. Depending on the level of support you choose, I’ll handle updates, maintenance, and changes for you.

If you do like being hands-on, you’re welcome to manage your own content, but learning WordPress is never required.

How does support work?

Support is handled personally by me.

You can reach out anytime through email or the client portal, and I’ll respond directly. Depending on your plan, support may include troubleshooting, updates, and help with changes to your website.

My goal is to make support feel straightforward and reliable – you don’t need to chase down answers or explain your situation to multiple people.

What’s the difference between Managed Hosting and Complete Website Management?

The difference comes down to how hands-on you want to be.

With Managed Hosting, your WordPress website is kept up to date and supported. I handle core maintenance, updates, monitoring, and light troubleshooting so your site stays stable and secure – without you needing to manage the technical side.

With Complete Website Management, your website is fully handled. In addition to hosting and maintenance, I also take care of regular changes and updates to your site, help with content edits, and provide higher-touch support. This option is ideal if you want one person managing your website for you on an ongoing basis.

Both options include personal support – the difference is how much day-to-day involvement you want.

Am I able to change hosting plans?

Yes – you can change hosting plans if your needs change.

If you find that you need more (or less) support over time, you can switch plans easily. Just reach out through email or the client portal and I’ll take care of the change for you.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts. You can change or cancel any time with notice.

I already have a website online. Can I transfer to your hosting?

Yes – existing websites can be moved to my hosting.

If you already have a WordPress website, I can review it and help you transfer it to my hosting. I’ll let you know what’s involved and whether any updates are recommended before we move forward.

If your site was built on a different platform, we can talk through the best next steps and whether a migration or rebuild makes the most sense.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes – you can use a domain you already own, or register a new one.

If you already have a domain, I’ll provide clear instructions when it’s time to connect it to your new hosting account. Your domain doesn’t need to be updated until you’re ready for your website to go live.

If you’d prefer to register a new domain, that can be handled as part of the setup process as well.

Can I create an eCommerce website with any of these plans?

Yes – eCommerce websites can be supported, depending on your needs.

Simple eCommerce setups (such as a small product catalog or basic online payments) can work well with my hosting plans. More complex eCommerce sites may require Complete Website Management to ensure ongoing updates, monitoring, and support are handled properly.
