Click "templates" on the left side of the page. If web templates are available, select the template you wish to use for your site in the drop down box at the top of the page. Select Apply to apply that template.
If you want to apply the colors that come with that page, check the "Update Colors" box. This will override your existing link color values permanently. To change the link colors after applying a template, select the "Fonts & Colors" link and enter the values you wish to use.
