We just heard back from the datacenter and the downtime was due to a failed power supply to the actual server (machine). The cording connecting our server to the electrical supply failed and had to be completely replaced. This issue has been resolved and we do not anticipate that it will ever happen again.
We were aware of the issue within 10 minutes and the total downtime was a little over an hour. Our servers are monitored around the clock, 365 days a year and this is the first time we have experienced downtime on this server exceeding 10 minutes since it's been online. We do apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
